Pentecost (properly, the fiftieth day (50th) after the Passover, Tobit 2:1; 2 Macc. 12:32), the second of the three great Jewish festivals; celebrated at Jerusalem yearly, the seventh week after the Passover, in grateful recognition of the completed harvest.

🔥 Just as Moses received the 10 commandments on Shavuot and the 120 in the upper room in Jerusalem received the Holy Spirit, we enter the gates of Shavuot in the joy of Adonai and the awe of the Most High expectant, and part of the end times wave of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of Israel and join with the global body of Yeshua taking a collective step of faith forward into this new season just as Israel did as they stepped into the Red Sea.
